Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for tracked packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Captured! Cards is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order was tracked and shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or building management before reaching out.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at our store. Please bring your confirmation email and valid ID when collecting your order.
